Large dead tree falls onto hydro lines

A Westdale homeowner is saying ‘I told you so’ to the city after constant calls to cut down a dead city-owned tree in her front yard. With no action, the tree burst into flames yesterday after strong winds brought it down. Phil Perkins reports.
