A city councillor will put forward a motion to remove the Sir John A Macdonald statue in Hamilton

A Hamilton city councillor is attempting to push the removal of the Sir John A Macdonald statue at Gore Park. Ward 3’s Nrinder Nann filed a motion this week, following hundreds of letters about its impact on communities and discoveries of unmarked graves at residential school sites. Jason Gaidola reports.
