Charges upgraded in impaired death

Charges have been upgraded against a driver Friday night after a Hamilton woman who was hit by a car while jogging has died.  The 33-year old was trying to cross Charlton Avenue East when she was hit. 42-year old Joseph Warren is charged with impaired driving causing death and possession of marijuana. Police had received a call about a drunk driver and were trying to track him down when the woman was hit.  She died of her injuries Thursday night.
