Police protest in downtown Hamilton

An anti-police protest made its way through the streets of downtown Hamilton Friday evening.

These protesters walked through the streets of downtown while Art Crawl was going on. They’re angry about the actions of Constable Ryan Tocher, who has killed two people in the line of duty in the last six years.

And they were also protesting the recent incident where an officer shot a man at Upper Wentworth near the Linc after he was walking on the Parkway. The protest ended peacefully.
