Looking for a missing 20~year old

A 20-year old man is missing and Hamilton police are asking the public to help.

They say Mpenzi Tchashenyi was reported missing Friday. Police say he is *non-verbal* and functions at the level of a five year old. They also say he’s been known to walk into traffic. He’s described as being around 110 pounds and was last seen wearing a green jacket over a yellow shirt with brown pants and black leather shoes. If you have any information on his whereabouts — you’re being asked to give police a call.
