Arrest in New Years Eve stabbing

An arrest has been made in connection to a stabbing that happened in Niagara Falls on New Year’s eve.

Police say two men were stabbed multiple times at a home on Slater Avenue.

They say the men got into a fight with another man at the party, who then took off.

22 year old Kirby James Mccarthy of Niagara Falls was taken into custody Tuesday night and charged with aggravated assault and breach probation.
