Fort Erie woman found

Niagara police have found 82 year old missing person Doris Gilson.

The Fort Erie woman had been missing since Monday night, and is in the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease.

Police say she was spotted by the OPP driving near Brant Street in Burlington early Tuesday.

Gilson was stopped by the OPP because she was driving her car the wrong way on the 407.

She’s in good health but was taken to hospital as a precaution.
