Ontario doctors have reached a new agreement with the province.
Health Minister Deb Matthews says the voter turnout was a record high, with 81% of the Ontario Medical Association in agreement.
Matthews says this deal will tremendously help senior and high-need patients.
She went on to explain how this will affect healthy adults during annual physicals….
“The visits might be shorter, they might not include all of the tests that used to be done every year, so the important thing is; every patient will get exactly what they need. No more, no less”.
