St. Catharines lawyer sentenced

A St.Catharines lawyer of 20 years has been sentenced to three years in jail for stealing from clients.

Graham Wilson has been convicted of stealing $640,000 from his clients.

The 50 year old converted clients’ money to his own use, from the process of a home sale to a settlement cheque from a divorce.

Wilson pleaded guilty on June 28th to 12 counts of breach of trust for defrauding clients between October 2007 and August 2011.
