Life is slowly returning to normal in Canada’s ”prettiest town”.
Power’s been restored to just about all functioning buildings in Goderich.
By tomorrow most residents of the community on Lake Huron should be able to take a warm shower for the first time since the tornado nine-days ago.
Mayor Deb Shewfelt says a state of emergency remains in place but that could change tomorrow.
Officials will discuss reopening portions of the downtown core with one or two businesses opening again.
