An Ingersoll man touched by the abduction and murder of Tori Stafford in nearby Woodstock last year is creating a lasting memory of the eight year old.

Mike Pingle has carved Tori’s face into a stone memorial. It’s his gift to the Staffords. And as Lisa Hepfner reports, the family wants to erect the statue at Tori’s favourite place to visit.?
