Animals leave Happy Rolph’s

It’s an animal sanctuary in a corner of St Catharines that animal lovers have been going to for decades.

But most of the animals at Happy Rolph’s petting farm are no longer there. As Lauran Sabourin reports, the animals are caught in the middle of a dispute between their owner and the city.?
