Tentative victim ID in Clinton murder

The OPP say they may have more details later today on a fatal shooting in the Southwestern Ontario community of Clinton.

A man was shot to death Saturday near a wildlife conservation area. Police officers — including a tactical team — arrived on the scene, which is in an area northwest of London near Lake Huron.

There are reports the victim is Don Frigo, the vice president of a Toronto construction company; however police have not confirmed this.

People who live in the area are frustrated over the lack of information. Huron OPP says there is no threat to public safety. They’re hoping to give an update when there is more information.
