The lawyers involved in the Tim Bosma murder trial are meeting today.

They’re speaking behind closed doors in a judge’s chamber, trying to organize the trial’s logistics. The meeting will discuss when the trial will be held, how long it will last, and what evidence will be presented.

Dellen Millard’s lawyer says an actual date probably won’t be set today, but says the trial will probably start next fall.

There will not be a preliminary hearing.
