Police investigate convenience store robbery in Niagara Falls

Police are searching for a man in connection to a convenience store robbery in Niagara Falls.

Niagara Regional Police officers were called to the Busy Bee store on Victoria Ave. just before midnight Thursday.

Police say the man entered the store and approached the store clerk while holding a weapon.

He fled the store with money and cigarettes. He was last seen running westbound on McRae St.

The man is described as black, 25 years old, 5’5″ with a medium build and was carrying a small white duffel bag with black flowers on it.

He was wearing a dark sweatshirt, black baseball hat, grey track pants and a Halloween-style mask covering his face.
