Recovery mission underway after fatal mid-air collision near D.C.

The rescue mission in the Potomac River near Reagan National Airport in Washington, D.C., is now a massive recovery operation after a plane collided mid-air with an Army Black Hawk helicopter. Unfortunately, no one survived the plane crash

President Donald Trump suggested that Democrats’ D.E.I. policies, air traffic controllers, and even the personnel flying the helicopter could be to blame for the crash. He implied, without evidence, that federal diversity efforts were at fault. His claims are getting criticism and pushback. United States Transportation Secretary said he thinks the incident was preventable.
