Putin suggests Russia-Ukraine war could be ‘coming to an end’

VIDEO: In an unusual statement, Russian President Vladimir Putin said over the weekend his country’s war with Ukraine might be nudging towards a conclusion. Speaking after Saturday’s much scaled-back victory day military parade,  Putin condemned western support for Kyiv but said “I think that the matter is coming to an end.”
