Nation mourns after tragic mass shooting in northern British Columbia

Family members of the victims who tragically lost their lives in the Tumbler Ridge mass shooting on Tuesday continue to speak out. The mother of 12-year-old Ticaria Lampert, Sarah, told reporters in a trembling voice that her daughter was a “family hero” and the glue that kept everyone together. Another vigil was held in remembrance of the lives lost in the tragic event, and Prime Minister Mark Carney, along with other leaders, attended.
