VIDEO: We’re learning more about the tragic fatal crash that happened at New York’s LaGuardia airport Sunday, when an Air Canada passenger jet collided with a fire truck. The U.S. National Transportation Safety Board says a runway warning system didn’t set off an alarm before the crash, because the emergency vehicle was without a specific piece of equipment. Both pilots killed in Sunday night’s collision have now been identified.
