Canadian Union of Postal Workers issues 72-hour strike notice to Canada Post

As Ottawa moves to order binding arbitration to end the ongoing port disputes taking place in B.C. and Montreal, another major supply chain disruption looms on the horizon. Though the union says it hasn’t decided if it will take labour action, Canada Post workers could be off the job by the end of this week, potentially disrupting mail delivery just ahead of the holiday season and one of the biggest shopping days of the year.
