Astronauts returning home soon from historic Artemis II moon mission

VIDEO: The Artemis II mission is almost over. The four astronauts on board the Orion spacecraft have completed their trip around the far side of the moon, and are now headed back home to Earth. Speaking to media late Wednesday, astronaut Victor Glover said the crew was eager to share what they’ve learned. When asked during Tuesday night’s conference about re-entry to Earth, Glover said the team has “many more pictures” and “many more stories” to share with the world. The mission broke the record for the farthest distance humans have ever traveled from Earth.
