Niagara Falls massage therapist charged with sexual assault

First Published:

A 49-year-old man has been charged in connection with a sexual assault at a massage clinic in Niagara Falls.

Niagara police say Todd Bennett, of St. Catharines, faces one count of sexual assault.

Police were contacted back in June about a sexual assault at a registered massage clinic and wellness center in the area of Dunn St. and Drummond Rd.

The alleged incident happened during a scheduled massage therapy appointment at the clinic.

“Investigators believe there may be additional complainants and are asking anyone who has information to contact them,” said police in a news release.

Bennett has been held in custody and will appear in court on Friday.

Anyone with information that could help police with the investigation is asked to contact the Sexual Assault Unit at 905-688-4111, ext. 1009363.
