St. Catharines mayor discusses zoning bylaws and Garden City Skyway expansion

St. Catharines mayor Mat Siscoe was back with an update on what’s happening around the city, including changes to the zoning bylaw to allow for four units in all residential zones and the Garden City Skyway expansion.
