Spice up your food with a taste of Saint Lucia

Chef Victoria Alexander brought us a taste of Saint Lucia with her signature Ti Kay La Foods products.

This black-owned business features a wide range of products including sauces, spice rubs, pastes and marinades.

Chef Victoria grew up in Saint Lucia before moving to Toronto to perfect her culinary skills. She treated us this morning by cooking up some fresh fish cakes in her signature sauces.
