Indigenous artist Angela Demontgyny reveals new art installation at Pier 8 in honour of National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

In honour of National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, award-winning designer and local Indigenous artist Angela Demontgyny will be unveiling her newest artwork ‘All Our Relations’ tomorrow at Pier 8.
The public art installation consists of five 40-foot panels filled with over 7000 colourful glass beads made by Paul Rodrigue Glass, “representing traditional Indigenous teachings, the Thanksgiving Address, as well as Hamilton’s rich biodiversity.”
The sacred ceremony takes place tomorrow at Hamilton’s Waterfront from 10:30am-4pm.
