Former Hamilton chef trades in knives for hair clippers as he lives out his lifelong dream

Patrick Weise had been a chef for 23 years, but during the pandemic he couldn’t travel or cook for the people he has been, so he decided to completely change his career path.
At 50 years old he went back to school in Edmonton for 8 weeks and became a barber.
His lifelong dream is now realized as he is the owner of Boss Man Barber, which runs out of the back of My Two Uncles in Hamilton.
Patrick has no regrets in his new career path. He loved being a chef, but is now focusing on the second part of his life and isn’t looking back.
