Birding tour with Bird Friendly Hamilton and Burlington

Tim Bolen went on a tour to find birds with Bird Friendly Hamilton Burlington.

Hamilton and Burlington are not yet certified bird friendly by Nature Canada, but are on their way to becoming bird friendly thanks in most part to the local environmental organizations.

In Hamilton falcons and hawks are very prominent and in Burlington it is the trumpeter swan.

Bird Friendly Hamilton Burlington have a poll going on right now where residents can nominate a city bird. They want a city bird for Hamilton and a city bird for Burlington. You can nominate any bird you want and then they will make a short list and eventually that is the list you can vote on.
