Fall in love with the flavours up north

Emily Vukovic’s culinary tour continued up north.

Her first stop was Dent Bay Baking Company in Parry Sound, who specialize in naturally leavened Artisan sourdough and craft bakes.

Then she hit up Copperhead Distillery, where the only BS you need is booze and sunshine. They sell the spirit of the North, with everything from chillers to moonshine to cream liqueur sold in mason jars.

A gem in Burk’s Falls is Pulled Smokehouse & Welcome Center Canteen, the best little restaurant by a dam site, which is also the welcome centre for the town. Their food is great, and their view of the falls from the patio is even better.

Emily ended her culinary tour at RIVERBOWL & Billiard, a place to play, eat and enjoy time with friends.
