If you spill mustard on your shirt, you clean your shirt, you don’t dump the entire bottle on it. This is the idea behind the “pouring the entire mustard bottle on your shirt” fitness metaphor. So many times over the holidays, we skip a workout, or have a holiday treat and decide to just go all-in and indulge until after the holidays.

Fitness expert and author Kathleen Trotter joined us to explain how you can have a little taste of the holidays, but not give up on your fitness goals altogether.  She has some tips to help us stay motivated.
