Research shows that harmful ingredients in household and personal care products can contribute to poor air quality within your home and threaten human health.

Home expert Vicky Sanderson joined Annette Hamm on Morning Live to share products that help improve air and water quality.

Sharp Plasmacluster

The first product Sanderson recommended is the Sharp Plasmacluster.

This air purifier and humidifier uses a HEPA filter to eliminate microscopic pollutants, such as dust, mould, pet dander and pollen.

Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool Formaldehyde Purifying Fan Heater

This air purifier by Dyson gets rid of formaldehyde, which is commonly found in household materials like carpet, cleaners, pressed wood and wallpaper.

The HEPA filter within it also captures 99.97 per cent of particles as small as 0.3 microns.

RainStick Shower

The RainStick is a WiFi-enabled shower that reuses and saves up to 80 per cent of water.

Instead of water going down the drain, RainStick captures, circulates, cleans and reuses the water.
