Man facing liquor related charges after Halton police investigation

Halton police have charged a 53-year-old man with liquor related offences following an investigation at a business site.

Officers say the investigation started after they received several complaints from local residents about events taking place at the site formally known as “Nashville North,” at 530 Guelph St. in Halton Hills.

Investigators say most of the complaints have been about noise and disturbances associated with the events taking place at the site since August 2022.

On Tuesday, Richard Marshall, 53, of Brampton was charged with two counts of unlawfully selling liquor, contrary to the Liquor Licence and Control Act.
