Award-Winning Hamilton Band to Rock Ooey Gooey’s

Award-winning Hamilton-based rockers, The Truth Untold, are no strangers to the road. Since the launch of their post-pandemic anthem, “Not My Time”, they’ve been winning the hearts and ears of rock music lovers far and wide.

From Wisconsin to Waterloo, the band are serious road warriors and have been booked on numerous standout festivals across North America including: MetroJam (supporting Drivin’N’Cryin), Ladybug Music Festival, Indie Night in Canada, Railway City Music Festival, and SummerBash Indiana (supporting Josey Scott’s Saliva) among others. They’ve previously won over Hamilton crowds at Open Streets on Barton and Concession Streetfest.

In promotion of their latest release, “Excuses”, The Truth Untold are currently on their “Phoenix Rising” tour and among their dates is a pitstop in Hamilton, Ontario on Thursday, October 16th at Ooey Gooey’s (107 George Street Hamilton, ON L8P 1E3), following their direct support slot for Big Sugar earlier this summer.

Joining them on the bill are popular local bands Pretox, Dirty Rick & Shift-D.

The event is 19+ and the cover is $10. Doors open at 8:00 pm. The Truth Untold hit the stage at 10:30 pm.

A “one-of-a-kind talent”, Perry’s vocals have been said to be the “perfect blend of Alanis Morissette and Norah Jones” (Kaotic Notes), while her songwriting is full of “raw visceral power, killer hooks and punch-in-the-gut riffs” (Spill Magazine). This is not a show to miss!
