Every year the Reel Asian Film Festival spotlights contemporary Asian cinema, provides a public forum for Asian media artists and their work, and fuels the growing appreciation for Asian cinema in Canada. Kristine Estorninos, the head of programming at the festival, filled us in on some of the highlights of this year’s showcase.
