World leaders convene for NATO talks amid growing alliance strains

World leaders are in Turkey for a NATO gathering, including U.S. President Donald Trump, who has had a tumultuous relationship with NATO allies over the past few months. Trump has threatened to pull the United States out of NATO in the aftermath of the war in Iran and suggested he may not have attended this week’s meeting if it weren’t taking place in Turkey.
