Woman dies in house trailer fire in Six Nations

A woman died in an afternoon house trailer fire on River Range Road in Six Nations yesterday.

Six Nations police along with EMS and the Six Nations fire department were called to the scene shortly after 1 p.m. to find the trailer fully engulfed.

A 68-year-old woman who lived at the home was pronounced deceased at the scene.

A neighbouring house was also damaged from the blaze.

The Office of the Fire Marshal has been called in to assist with finding the cause of the fire.
