Woman, 22, missing from Oakville since mid-August

Halton police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing Oakville woman.

Kathleen Rand, 22, was last seen in the area of Dundas Street West and Third Line in Oakville on the morning of Aug. 13.

Kathleen is described as white, with red hair and approximately five-foot-six tall and 160 pounds.

She is of no fixed address and is known to frequent Oakville and Burlington.

Police and Kathleen’s family are concerned for her well-being.

Anyone with information about Kathleen or her whereabouts is asked to contact police at 911 or via the non-emergency line at 905-825-4777.
