Winning lotto ticket likely sold in GTA

Somebody in the Greater Toronto Area may be $50 million richer after winning last night’s Lotto Max draw.

Ontario Lottery and Gaming officials say there was a single winning ticket in last night’s lottery, and it was sold somewhere in Ontario, and specifically in the GTA.

There hasn’t been a winning $50 million ticket anywhere in Canada since April.

There were no winners of the two maxmillions prizes.
