what3words, an app that helped rescue a man and how it could help you

A Dundas man has an app called what3words to thank for a rescue on the Bruce Trail last month.

The what3words app is being used by emergency services all over the world. The app allows people in need to send their specific location to emergency personnel in order to be rescued. This app is free and not dependent on cell service, it works off GPS.
