Wescam lands 3 year deal

Burlington’s L-3 Wescam has landed a three-year federal deal worth $10 million.

The money is to be used to overhaul surveillance equipment on Royal Canadian Air Force helicopters.

Julian Fantino, Associate Minister of National Defence, made the announcement in Burlington Tuesday.

L-3 Wescam specializes in supplying dynamic visual information to the military, police and other law enforcement agencies.
