Welland sex assault charges

Niagara police have arrested a 15-year old boy and are looking for a 17-year old male in connection to a sexual assault investigation.

Police say the two youths sexually assaulted an adult female early on the morning of March 10th. Police believe the 17-year old is in the Welland area. The identities of the suspects cannot be released under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
