A Welland man has been arrested and charged with possessing, accessing and making available child sexual abuse and exploitation material.
Niagara police began an Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit investigation in October that stemmed from approximately 126 incidents of sharing child sexual abuse and exploitation material over social media platforms between May and October of this year.
The Technological Crimes Unit also joined the investigation that led to the arrest of 33-year-old Kyle Adam Leonard Bradley on Nov. 13. Bradley is scheduled to have a bail hearing at a St. Catharines courthouse on the same day.
