Premier Doug Ford is scheduled to make an announcement Monday afternoon in Vaughan.

Monday’s announcement comes as the province reported 2,578 cases of COVID-19, the lowest daily case change since Jan. 1.

Ford’s announcement is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.
