Warrant issued for arrest of Hamilton man after missing review hearing

A warrant has been issued for a Hamilton man who was charged with sexual assault, but did not appear at a review hearing.

Hamilton police say 36-year-old Christopher Andrade was found not criminally responsible for that charge, and one of breaking and entering.

He is to be detained at St. Joseph’s Healthcare West 5th Campus, but did not show up at an Ontario Review Board hearing.

Officers describe him as a five-foot-five tall Hispanic man, weighing around 150 lbs.

Investigators say he is known to frequent the downtown areas from Hamilton to Toronto.

Police are asking anyone that sees him to call 911 immediately.
