Victorian Christmas festival

Oakville’s Bronte Creek park kicked off the holiday season with their Victorian Christmas festival.

Families stepped back in time to experience a Christmas season from the 1900. The festival features story-telling, carolling and Victorian crafts and games.

Families can also slip into Victorian costumes and take pictures with Santa Claus.

The festival coordinator says it’s about going back to the roots of Christmas traditions.

The festival runs every weekend leading up to Christmas day.
