Canada’s transportation Safety Board is promising an update tomorrow morning on Sunday’s VIA Rail train wreck in Burlington.

There’s still no word on the cause of the derailment that killed three people and injured 45 others. But the first person to reach the crash is describing a scene of chaos. CHCH News spoke exclusively today with the man who called 911 call after the train derailed, and then stepped in to help the injured. Al Sweeney has the story.
