Ontario Provincial Police released photos Tuesday of a vehicle that rolled over a guardrail and ended up in a cluster of trees in Niagara Falls last week.

It happened shortly before 11 a.m. Friday on the ramp from the Fort Erie-bound QEW to Highway 420.

In a post on X, officers say a 23-year-old woman lost control of the vehicle while driving on the icy road.

OPP say the vehicle struck snow on the shoulder, “causing the vehicle to climb over the guardrail and come to rest in the trees and bushes, preventing it from rolling down the embankment onto the QEW Toronto-bound lanes below.”

Witnesses rescued the lone driver from the vehicle.

Police say no one was injured in the crash and no charges are expected to be laid.
