Fallen Hamilton soldier returns home after death on first overseas deployment

VIDEO: A nation and a city mourns Tuesday as the body of a Hamilton soldier returns home. Gunner Sebastian Halmagean died while serving in his first deployment overseas in Latvia. Canadian troops touched down at CFB Trenton Tuesday afternoon carrying Halmagean with his family by his side. A procession to Toronto followed along the highway of heroes. The man known as “Sebbie” is being remembered as a soldier who was proud to serve his country.
