Vehicle accident in Welland

Niagara Police say four people involved in a two vehicle crash in Welland are expected to make a full recovery.

The crash happened around 8 Saturday, at the intersection of Moyer and Biggar roads. The cars were badly damaged. Police say three people were taken to Welland General Hospital while another was flown to Hamilton by an air ambulance.
A witness said one of the vehicles rolled through a stop sign crashing into a northbound vehicle.

Police were unable to confirm those details only saying they are investigating the cause of the crash.
