Vandals go on smashing spree

Several businesses are cleaning up in central Hamilton after a vandalism spree early Tuesday morning.

At least a half dozen windows have been smashed. Most of the targets were businesses along Main Street East near Wentworth.

Police checked most of the properties and say it doesn’t look like anyone broke in. Cindy Csordas has this follow-up:
