Vaccination numbers not high enough to move beyond the current step three level

When the new rules were first announced last month the province said they would stick around for at least 21 days. Now that 21 days have passed there has been no change. Some health units in our area still haven’t reached their target vaccine rates in order to move to the next stage. Manesa Dhanablan reports.
